The company is under combined European-Moroccan management and has undergone a severe reorganisation and renovation. Quality is considered an integral part and is very important to us.

We deliver fresh fish every day. The fish is caught in the morning, quickly transported to the factory and processed. In the evening it is packed and distributed by plane. That means that our products are available to you within 24 hours.

Green Table constantly strives for improvement of quality. For that reason we have thoroughly revised our directives concerning health, hygiene, labelling, inspection, etc.

According to European standards, where hygiene and quality centre the production, we take responsibility for a perfect quality of our products by tightly controlling the production process. For that reason we use the quality control method and the HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points).
